1 side graved salmon with dill 1.1 kg, 1 side Graved salmon with orange, ginger and coriander and 2 sauces (1 honey-mustard-dill cream fraiche sauce and 1 orange-lime sauce with fresh mint)
Freshly pickled salmon ripened in a spice mixture prepared by us. The special consistency and the first short sweet taste, finished with fresh coriander, ginger and orange, end in an aromatic experience, where you do not forget the culinary pleasure of salmon.
Origin: The main suppliers from Norway operate high quality ASC certified salmon farms. A low stocking density and clean North Atlantic waters on the west coast of Norway make Norwegian farm salmon salmon of the highest quality.
Hamburger Fischwerker's delight: cut the salmon into slightly thicker pieces from the side of the head (wide side) diagonally away from the skin. So you get something like a feeling of Nordic "sushi" when eating. The cilantro, ginger and the orange peel can be removed or eaten as well as you like.
Processing: Salmon are delivered as fresh raw material and are picked at the Hamburg fishmongers at our production site just outside of Hamburg with the specially developed spice mixture in the traditional Nordic style and thus refined.
