Graved salmon (marinated) AFRICA with coriander, mint and red chilli 300g
TOP
Freshly pickled graved salmon matured in a spice mixture prepared by us.
Fruity spicy chilli, paprika and tomato, subtle spicy garlic, cumin, coriander with a subtle fresh mint note
The special consistency and the first short sweet taste, completed with a very exclusive African spice blend and fresh coriander, mint and red chilli, end in an aromatic experience, where you do not forget the culinary pleasure of salmon.
Origin: The main suppliers from Norway operate high quality certified salmon farms. A low stocking density and clean North Atlantic waters on the west coast of Norway make Norwegian farm salmon salmon of the highest quality.
Hamburger Fischwerker's delight: cut the salmon into slightly thicker pieces from the side of the head (wide side) diagonally away from the skin. So you get something like a feeling of Nordic "sushi" when eating. Depending on your taste, you can strip off the African spices and fresh herbs from the salmon or you can also enjoy it.
Tip: We recommend our orange - lime - mint sauce
Processing: Salmon are delivered as fresh raw material and are picked at the Hamburg fishmongers at our production site just outside of Hamburg with the specially developed spice mixture in the traditional Nordic style and thus refined.
