Graved salmon with wild blueberries (blueberries) and a pinch of dill 1.1kg
Product information Graved salmon with wild blueberries and dill
Freshly pickled graved salmon matured in a spice mixture prepared by us.
The special consistency and the first short sweet taste, completed with a very exclusive Scandinavian spice blend Wild Blueberries, end in an aromatic experience, where you do not forget the culinary enjoyment of salmon.
Origin: The main suppliers from Norway operate high quality Ccertified salmon farms. Low stocking densities and clean North Atlantic waters on Norway's west coast make Norwegian farmed salmon the highest quality salmon.
Hamburger Fischwerker's delight: cut the salmon into slightly thicker pieces from the side of the head (wide side) diagonally away from the skin. So you get something like a feeling of Nordic "sushi" when eating.
Tip: For this we recommend our Norwegian mustard-dill sauce from our longtime girlfriend Astrid from Oslo
Processing: Salmon are delivered as fresh raw material and are pickled at the Hamburg fishmongers at our production site just outside of Hamburg with the specially developed spice mixture in the traditional Nordic style and thus refined.
Ingredients: salmon, salt, sugar, spices, wild blueberries (blueberries), fresh organic dill
Shelf life: stable for at least 10 days at +2 to 7 degrees Celsius.
Shelf life is only at the Hamburg fishmongers by freshly slaughter and of course preserving preparation with salt, sugar and spices and fresh herbs. If you want to keep the salmon longer, please freeze it.
Hamburger Fischwerker's Purity Law: no dyes, no preservatives, no flavor enhancer.
Packaging: vacuum-packed
Country of origin: Norway from aquaculture
Latin name: Salmo salar (Atlantic salmon)
