Royal Select is our caviar for connoisseurs. Like all our caviar varieties of salt, it is processed poor as Malossol caviar. Royal Select is selected twice and only the best eggs are selected for our customers. Our caviar Royal Select is characterised by its outstanding quality:
Large, firm grain with 2.8 - 3.0 mm grain size
Dark to light brown colour

Our sturgeon caviar is produced with many years of experience
The sturgeons that produce this caviar are crosses of Beluga (Huso Dauricus) and Ossietra (Acipenser Schrenkii) fish and combine the best characteristics of both sturgeon species in one caviar. We sell this mild sturgeon roe low in salt, hence the name Malossol Caviar. The word Malossol comes from the Russian. "Malo" is translated with little, "Sol" with salt. Due to the low salt processing the original caviar taste is preserved in the best possible way.
A species-appropriate husbandry is important to us and also guarantees our top-class caviar quality. Our sturgeon farm is a very extensive, natural lake landscape. They offer the animals enough space and water. The sturgeon caviar breeding is supervised by our experienced caviar master with meanwhile 40 years of experience.
Durability and ingredients of our sturgeon caviar Royal Select:
Sturgeon roe from our company naturally impresses at all times through its consistent freshness. All our sturgeon caviar varieties can be kept unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C for at least 8 weeks. When opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 days with the lid pressed on. Please note the sticker with the current expiry date on your tin.
