Keeps for at least 10 days at +2 to +7 °C. The shelf life comes from very fresh fish, salt and smoke – without preservatives. For longer storage, you can freeze the salmon.
Serving tip
Smoked salmon tastes best on hearty rye bread or warm toast, with a dash of lemon and a mild dill or mustard sauce. Take it out of the fridge about 15 minutes before serving so the aroma can develop.
