The carefully selected, best salmon fillet is gently pickled according to old Nordic craftsmanship to preserve its incomparable texture and delicate flavour. But what makes our salmon truly unique is the secret recipe: the refinement with aromatic pistachios, which provide a fine, nutty flavour, and the precious saffron blossoms, which not only add a subtle, exotic note, but also a radiant golden hue.

Shelf life: can be kept for at least 10 days at +2 to 7 degrees Celsius.
