Taste: fine honey note
Origin: The main suppliers from Norway operate high-quality certified salmon farms. A low stocking density and clean North Atlantic water on the west coast of Norway make Norwegian farmed salmon of the highest quality.
Hamburger Fischwerker's tip for connoisseurs: cut the salmon into slightly thicker pieces from the head side (wide side) at an angle away from the skin. This gives you a feeling of Nordic "sushi" while you are eating. Depending on your taste, you can strip off the flower mixture from the salmon or you can also eat it with you.
Processing: Salmon are delivered as fresh raw material and are pickled and thus refined with the specially developed spice mixture in the traditional Nordic way at the Hamburg fishworkers at our production site just outside Hamburg.
Ingredients: salmon, salt, sugar, spices, organic cornflower blossom mixture
Shelf life: can be kept for at least 10 days at +2 to 7 degrees Celsius.
At the Hamburg fishworkers, the shelf life is exclusively through slaughtering freshly caught and naturally conserving preparation with salt, sugar and spices as well as fresh herbs. If you want to keep the salmon longer, please freeze it.
