If you are a lover of high quality fish, you have certainly been once or more often
eaten salmon (graved). Hopefully from our manufacturing, then you know how good the

Fischwerker can enjoy five different flavors of stain.
From the region and from biological rearing
Our salmon trout is a regional product. They come from a fish farm in
Schleswig-Holstein and grow only near Hamburg in natural Erdteichen completely biological
approach. This avoids long transport routes and the use of chemicals or

If the fish are old enough and have reached a weight of 3 kg to 5 kg, they will be in the

Every single salmon trout goes through a multi-stage pickling process over several days

The salmon trout - a healthy fish
Due to the low fat content of only 6% to 10% (for comparison: farmed salmon included
